Anti-counterfeiting packaging refers to the technology and methods used to prevent goods from being stolen and counterfeited consciously during the circulation process from manufacturers to distributors and from distributors to consumers by means of pre-packaging. Its purpose is to prevent goods from being stolen and counterfeit in the process of circulation and transfer.

Pls kindly refer following questions when you choose the anti-counterfeit material.

1.VOID OPEN security materials: A: Low Residue security label materials. B: Customized security label materials. Before use, please confirm the level of the security material, the general requirement is the low residue security material, if you want to improve the security level, you need to choose a special version of security material; If a higher level of security is required, multiple security technologies can be superimposed.

2. Types of adhesives: From the point of view of the performance of the adhesive, it can be divided into two types: permanent adhesive and removable adhesive.

3. Emphasize the significance of the surface of the label bearing material: because the label processed with security materials may be pasted on the surface of various materials, such as glass, metal, cardboard and plastic. And plastics can be further divided into: polyvinyl chloride/high density polyethylene/low density polyethylene/polypropylene and so on. Tests show that different material surfaces have a great impact on the performance of the pressure-sensitive adhesive.

4. Surface structure of the label attached object: A. low viscosity surface; B. High viscous surface.
Different adhesive surfaces have a great impact on the performance of pressure-sensitive adhesive, intuitively speaking, the low labeling surface needs to use total transfer security materials, and the high viscosity labeling surface can use partial transfer security materials. The products requiring high cleanliness of the veneer are selected with non-transfer transfer security materials.

5.The shape of the substrate surface of the label substrate: there are planes and curved surfaces, if the label surface has a certain arc (for example: the diameter of the medicine bottle surface is less than 25mm), it may need the surface material with good flexibility or strong viscosity pressure sensitive adhesive.

6.Optimal label substrate surface: the security label material is most suitable for the surface of clean, dry, oil-free and dust-free sticky surface material.

7. Labeling conditions and use environment: A. Labeling conditions - Whether the security label needs to be pasted under cold, hot, humid conditions, or under greenhouse conditions. B. Whether the use of environment - security label is exposed to the environment below freezing point, whether it is used outdoors, high temperature, humidity or ultraviolet light, and whether it will come into contact with chemical solvents.

8. Printing and processing requirements for security label materials: In the selection of different printing methods (such as flexographic printing, letterpress printing, offset printing, heat transfer and laser printing, etc.), as well as different processing methods (such as roll to coupon, roll to sheet, folding feed, sheet to sheet), different sizes of release paper are required to adapt to the surface material.
